Canon Point: End Game, having returned to the Celestial Plains after vanquishing Yami.

Does Ammy's Divine Instrument count? Just in case, here's what she's bringing: Reflector--Solar Flare; this is what will most often be seen on Ammy, as it's a blue solar-disc that flares with the corona of a Sun, and provides a source of fire. If her "Astral Pouch" (aka what allows her to come back to life) counts, then she'd be bringing that too. (It might just be a game-mechanic...)
She's also bringing the following holy artifacts. Peace Bell The sounds of this holy chime keep evil spirits (represented as demon scrolls) from following her. Wood mat Resting on this mat allows one to regain health, at the cost of money. Only one being may fit on the mat at a time.
Skills and Powers:
I fully expect Ammy's power to be limited in the Library, given she's a Goddess. Her elemental-based brush-skills will require a 'source' to draw from while indoors. Crescent and Sunrise will also be limited in their effect. Further, her ability to use her Celestial Brush for anything other than 'writing' will drain her faster and take longer to regenerate. The Library IS magical, so all can see her markings, the Solar Flare (flickering above her back), and the flowers that grow then vanish as she walks. In the mundane world, only those who believe or other Library Patrons would see her as anything other than a large white wolf.
Celestial Brush Skills--Amaterasu is able to affect reality through the use of her celestial brush. (In canon, it's represented as you opening a 'scroll' over reality, and literally drawing on it.) There are 13 in all.
Sunrise--Amaterasu, being the sun Goddess, can raise the sun to change night into day. Within the Library, this ability will only brighten up a room as if the sun were shining in it for a period of time.
Rejuvenation--This ability allows Ammy to restore objects (not people) to their former whole and unbroken condition, as if they were new.
Power Slash--A basic slashing/cutting attack.
Greensprout: Bloom--Causes flora to open from the bud-state and grow/open. This technique can also disperse cursed areas of natural ground
Greensprout: Water Lily--Causes a water-lily to appear on a body of water, large enough to support Ammy's weight. (The lily pad disappears after a certain amount of time.)
Greensprout: Vine--Allows Ammy to connect herself to flowers-and-vines to get around, or to pull them to her.
Cherry Bomb--Ammy creates a small bomb that can open a medium hole in a wall or damage an enemy moderately.
Waterspout--causes a stream of water to either erupt in a geyser, fall like rain, or move from one point to another in a stream (even through the air). This will require a source of 'water' within the Library to work.
Crescent--Makes the day turn into night by raising the moon instead of the sun. (Within the Library, this would cause a space to darken as if it were night for a period of time.)
Galestorm--Causes a breeze to blow in a direction chosen by Ammy, or can create a small tornado centered on an object/being.
Inferno--Causes a stream of fire to move from one object to another, or creates a fireball in the air to damage an enemy. This will require a source of 'flame' within the Library to work.
Veil of Mist--Causes time to slow down for everyone but Amaterasu for about 4-seconds, to 1/4 normal-speed.
Cat Walk--Allows Ammy to trace a line up-along a wall or surface and to then walk on it, as a cat does. (In game, this requires paw-prints or a special statue. I'm open to it having paw-prints needed in the Library.)
Thunderstorm--Causes a stream of lightening to move from one object to another, or to rain down upon an enemy/object from nowhere. This will require a source of 'lightening' within the Library to work.
Blizzard--Causes a stream of ice to encase an object, or to freeze air-currents to create platforms of ice. The platforms fade after a few moments. This technique will require a source of 'ice' within the Library to work.

Lemme give a quick synopsis. Amaterasu is the Goddess of the Sun, manifesting again on Earth (after a previous existence as a white-wolf, Shiranui) again when Nippon is threatened by evil. (As a side, each incarnation IS Amaterasu as in the same being, but also is different. It's complicated. ^^) She is awakened/reborn from a statue of Shiranui by Konohana's Sakuya, when Orochi is released (among others) and threatens to cover the world in darkness. Amaterasu however is weakened, and must find/regain her celestial brush-techniques from the other Brush-Gods, while fighting smaller threats like Imps and Ogres, and larger threats like Orochi, Jorougumo, Crimson Helm, Ninetails, and Lechku and Nechku. She also helps restore faith to Nippon through simple acts of helping feed hungry animals, restoring a lost laundry-drying pole or fishing-rod, and bringing out the sun. In addition to dispelling cursed sections of the land, and reviving Guardian Saplings.
She gets aid along the way from a (mostly) ally Waka, and Oki while she's in Ezofuji. Most of her journeys have her accompanied by Issun, a poncle who acts as her Celestial Envoy. At the end of the game, after many adventures, Ammy reboards the Ark of Yamato, where she ultimately fights Yami, before returning to the Celestial Plains.
As for her personality, Ammy is referred to by many as the 'Source of all that is Good' and 'Mother to us all'. She's definitely a benevolent Goddess, viewing all Japanese as her children in some form or another. Overall she'd like to restore the balance of nature (she's not opposed to technology when kept in check), and fight against creatures that would cause mischief or harm, bringing about darkness and ruin. Some things can offend her (Mrs. Orange comments that she 'doesn't look very smart'). Mostly she's easy going, with a bit of a short attention-span if something takes to long to explain, or she already knows the answer. She's prone to naps, in that case, and is fond of cherry cakes. She is polite, but unafraid to show her opinion.
